Our signature class is designed for all people and all levels. Classes are fun, engaging, and challenging, yet accessible to all levels. Teachers utilize fluid transitions from pose to pose, seamlessly linking body, breath, and movement.

NeoSoul Yoga

This specialty class is a slow flow accompanied by music from a live band. It is designed for all people and all levels. Classes are relaxing, rejuvenating, and restorative.

Power to the People

Monday | 6:30 PM

Instructor: Alonzo Nelson

A perfect blend of balance, strength, and flexibility, this specialty class is a vigorous vinyasa flow that links breath and movement. This high-intensity set sequence is practiced in a heated room.

Experience is recommended, but not required.


Slow Jamz

Tuesday | 6:30 PM

Instructor: Dr. Terry Harris

This gentle-flow class emphasizes our belief that yoga is for everybody and every body. Whether this is your first time practicing or you’re a seasoned vet, the only requirement for this class is that you breathe intentionally.

Hip Hop Yoga

Wednesday | 6:30 PM

Instructor: Taylor Butler

This fast-paced class challenges common beliefs about asana, the physical practice of yoga. High-energy vinyasa sequences are taught and accompanied by instructor-curated Hip Hop playlists.
